New Hygiene Control

We continue to request that all clients must use the hand sanitiser before entering our room.

Also, we must introduce the new rules for bookings as below.

Please read them before you make your appointment.

I apologise for the inconvenience, but I believe you will be understanding, and you are aware the above rules are to protect you, Futaba staff and our community.

It is unknown as to how much we can operate like we used to do, but please be assured that we will always do our best for you .

  • Please let us know immediately before you attend the salon if you have a fever or any symptoms of disease which could be including COVID-19 on your appointment day.

  • Please do not make any appointment with us if you have a travel history out of state or overseas within 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

  • We request you sign our health consent form in the lounge area of the Equalise studio before your treatment. ( We will continue with this process until restrictions are completely lifted by Government. )

  • Please plan your appointment in advance and please do not arrive to the EQ studio more than 10min before your scheduled appointment.

  • We will make enough space between bookings for ventilations and extra sanitising of the room.

  • We cannot have any additional people ( including your children) in our room during your treatment.

  • We can only accommodate one appointment in the salon at each time due to the 4 sqm per person rules which may make it harder to make your bookings than before.

  • We will wear glasses, disposable face mask/ gloves during the treatment  (no gloves during massage treatment).

  • We require all clients who have eyelash treatments to wear a disposable mask which we will provide. ( We will continue with this process until restrictions are completely lifted by Government.)

  • We can only accept Cashless payments. ( EFTPOS, VISA / Master card. NOT American Express and JCB.)
